Cabbage rice with Nychaki rice, raisins and pine nut

Sauté the onions and garlic in a pot with the olive oil, over medium heat until brown. Then, add the cabbage and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then gradually add the Nychaki rice, tomato paste, and wine.
Add the water, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then add the raisins and cook over medium heat until sticky. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with roasted pine nuts sprinkled on each plate.
