Rice pudding with Glacé rice, orange, coconut and dark chocolate

In a pot, add the rice, water, sugar and vanilla. Place the pot on high heat and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat and stir continuously for 15’-20’.
As soon as the texture of the Glacé rice becomes sticky, pull from the fire and add the orange zest and coconut. Pour the mixture in bowls and place in the refrigerator.
Serve with dark chocolate on each bowl.
